CAMP Z RONNYM VLASSAKSEM

Przez ponad tydzień gościł u nas światowej sławy trener Rony Vlassaks. Prowadził Campy dla seniorów oraz juniorów razem z naszą trenerkę - Anią Jurkun. Wizyta u nas tak mu przypadła do gustu, że chciał się podzielić ze wszystkimi kilkoma słowami:

The last week I had the honour to deliver two squash camps for the Polish squash players. I was invited by Ania Jurkun, who works as a professional squash Coach in Kahuna club. She is really passionated about squash and squash coaching and that's why she wants to take the Polish squash to a higher level.

It was a fantastic period that I could spend with some marvelous people. It felt great to share that information with such dedicated players. The first camp was a three day camp for adults. The quality and enthousiasm was unbelievable. The second 5 day camp was combination from juniors and the National ladies team. Everyone was pushing theirselves to the highest level.

The camps were a combination of different components needed in squash. The theme was ' How to play the game of squash'

The Kahuna club is really a fantastic venue to hold these kind of training camps. It was great to have the opportunity to work there. A special thanks to the owners, who were hosting me in a very warm and friendly way!

Also thanks to Ania who made this all happen and it was the first step in creating her professional squash academy.

And last but not least a big ' thank you' to all the players who made these camps a big success!
